Hi Dave,

     If my '97 4kcsq is any indication, without a doubt!! I replaced mine
at about 110,000 and it was still in decent shape. I could have pushed it
another 20-30,000 based on the condition, but it seems like cheap insurance
to do the job at around 100,000.
