Advice on radio and CB antennas, for 1991 200 wagon?

hi
does anyone have experience or advice on choosing
and placing a radio antenna, or a cb antenna
on a 1991 200 wagon?
it has such beautiful lines, but the present radio antenna
is a little thing that doesn't work well in demanding conditions,
and it doesn't look really hospitable to good cb antennas.

ie the answer isn't obvious.
so, any advice or experience 
would be very much appreciated
