Vytautas,
have you ever heard about american laywers? Why did all american
cars had 85 mph speedos in the early 80s? Enough said.
On the other hand if you spend $50K+ on an A8 you can easily afford
another $500 for a chip upgrade if you are bothered by the speed
governing.
