What model/engine?????

On late 20V code sez "EGR system" (symptom is poor idle and starting,
shaking)
    - check vacuum lines
    - EGR temperature sensor faulty
    - Fuse (S28 ) bad
    - EGR frequency valve defective
   - open circuit between temp sensor, frequency valve, and MPI control unit

Better break down and buy the shop manual/wiring diagram if fuse is OK.

Then again, you might not have a 20V, and it's something else
entirely.
