CIS gauge

I just checked the static timing and found the flywheel and camshaft bang on, 
with the distributor around 5 degrees advanced - roughly what I expected.  I'll 
do a proper test drive when the commuters are all safely tucked up in bed.  I 
also found that the cable ties were re-applied incorrectly when the head went 
back on and the Hall sensor wiring was under some strain.

Yup.  I have only 10 ...

I'm starting slowly, and moving forward from the fuel tank.
