That's correct in most European countries....I was stunned to when my
German/Swedish girlfriend (at the time) kept repeating that to me when I was
driving around Zurich...not that I was a speed demon or anything, just
maintaining the "US method" of right of way....
That's true in Switzerland and Germany....
