Sticky Lifter solution(s)??

Only thing to really watch for (as one of the experts pointed out) is re-
torquing the camshaft bearings.  Anything else can be replaced, but the 
camshaft runs directly in the head _without_ any bearing shells.
 
Make sure you get a good description of the job (from a Bentley manual or Audi 
microfiche) before you start.  Some things are not intuitive.
