One of the things I disliked about my Ur-Q was the turbo 
lag. My 20v is much more V8-like in terms of low end 
torque. For that reason I recommend the 20v. Also, but 
less importantly, I believe the newer the better. 
To get about the hp of the 91 200, one doesn't have to 
spend much on a 10v. After ECU mods, things become 
much more expensive. IMO, buy a 20v if you can afford it. 
The 91 in question sounds like it could be a great car- but 
I would push for the service records. They are easily 
available on the dealer's computer files.
