200q alignment/bald D60's

Has anyone experienced bad tire wear patterns from improper alignment?  I
rounded the inside front tires on a pair of new Dunlop D60's after 5k miles.
Naturally, I drive like a parson near the parrish.  But really, I'm not
racing, etc.  Had it completely re-aligned....same problem after another 7k.

Since I've been reassured twice that there are no inherent front end
problems, I can only conclude that the machine used was out of calibration
or the Audi shop has the wrong specs.

Does anyone have:

                        1.The exact specs for aligning '91 200q 20v Turbo
                        2.Knowledge of commom problems with the front end
                        3.The same problem

Stay tuned for update on O2/thermostat repairs...was 19 mpg...now 24 mpg!
