Fuel mixture on 5KTQ?

     Just got my car out of the shop again last week and they replaced the fuel
pump relay and adjusted the fuel mixture.  My mechanic said my car was running
way too lean, so he turned up the fuel mixture.  Anyways, now the car is buckin
g under acceleration!  I am thinking the fuel mixture is too rich now and needs
to be set back some.  Two questions: What is the proper air to fuel micture on
these cars (5ktq)?  And, is this something I can easily adjust myself?  Any inf
o appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
