The police in my  hometown use to pull over people late at night for a host of
B.S. reasons. My favorite was for the college sticker in the backwindow. The
cop said that such stickers were illegal! Of course, he didn't bother to write
up a ticket for it. It seems to me that a good 50% of the cars up here in the
Northeast have college stickers on the rear windows. Sheesh.
