So sorry.  Look at the profile of a car, It's shaped like a wing.....  
Wings make lift (It's kinda their job...) Cars make lift, Very few cars 
make downforce out of the box.  Early Z-cars had horrendous front end 
lift starting around 60mph you had to put a deep airdam on the car to 
kill it (6 hours after I bought my 240 I bought an airdam for it!)
