I have an 86 4ks, and I have the same problem with the trunk.  If you find
out where to get the lifters, let me know!! 

As to the back door handles, they will probably break soon.  You can try
lubing them, but if the trigger breaks off, you have to buy a new handle.
It is around $23 bucks for the handle.  1 800 200 AUTO, is the number of
one place I just ordered from this week.
