noisy lifters

Osman,
  I did tell you.  None.
Well, actually, most heads with noisy lifters wear out within 300,000 miles.

I have seen no ill effect.  My friend at Audi has seen no ill effect.
I've run cars 100s of thousands of miles with sporadic noise.

Ignore it.
