Whatever you do, don't delude yourself into thinking this is a
practical plan.  I think it's really a little crazy.

The question is, do you want to do it so strongly that you'd be happy
even if there is no rational basis?  If so... live the dream.  If not,
though, if you'd be worried about the practicality of it the whole
time, then you'll know that you don't want it enough -- keep the
collection or buy the house.

Just my opinion.  If you can be happy even though it's crazy, then do
it, or else you'll regret not taking the chance.  But if you have to
talk yourself into it, maybe that's a sign.
