Phil and Robert and all how gave advice on colortune,

Thanks for all that info, I have decided to entrust the car with a local
machanic that is a friend of our last machanic that could do the work
properly.  I am told he has Audi experience, and with all this backround
yourseves have given me, it must be sorted this week.

As for the colortune, I have decided against buying one, and may in the
future invest in some kind of gas analyser, or just take it to someone with
a Krypton computer.
