I've actually have gotten pretty good service from Paul Miller, but can 
definitely relate to your assertion that they are egotistical.  Snobby 
is the way I would describe it - sometimes get the feeling that the Audi 
segment of the business annoys them - distracting them from the 
daily pleasure of attending to the needs of... dare I say...(dare I!, 
dare I!)...more refined tastes of Porsche/Rolls/Bentley/Range Rover 
customers.  

And there I present myself...an overextended buyer of an entry-level 
Audi (aka Volkswagen Pontiac), an Audi with a nameplate (90) evoking 
memories of those money-losing early 1990s, when they just 
wouldn't sell, complaining that his radio doesn't quite play Mobb Deep 
or Snoop Dogg up to his specifications, not quite screaming "warranty!," 
"warranty!"....  Rubbish!

Actually, they treat me fairly well and they are very conveniently 
located.  Besides, while waiting, I can drool over the porsche leather. 
I wish they had Audi Rally or old group B Paris-Dakar 
Rally-documentaries on video.
