	Since Breeze [great name by the way] was hit from behind, tell 
the insurance dude to kiss your behind [unless  she was backing down an 
off ramp or something].  If you can afford it, pay the shop out of your 
pocket, keep your car rental fee bills, medical bills [surely she has a 
headache] etc., then tell the guy to either pay them or get sued.  If the 
guy at fault's insurance refuses to deal with you fairly, call your 
state's insurance commissioner and complain, with a follow-up letter, 
cc'ing of course the insurance ass.  Basically, become the proverbial 
"squeaky wheel".
