Beg to differ.........
I don't want to discuss Audi intentions...... or sinister plans.... I am
telling you what Audi says.......if you personally disagree with Audi....
that's OK, but please do not tell others that 1 Qt per 2K miles is
excessive use...... it is not......
As for your other comment about "passing emission with a consumption of 1qt
per 1,000 miles" very possible, and can happen..... if you are interested
in technical information as to why, please investigate a bit more and you
will find out why.....
Please "calm down a bit" this "idiot" stuff is not called for........
I also do not understand your bit "western country", is that some kind of
slander? or  what?..... 
For your information, I had an 82 Audi 5K that past CA emmision with flying
colors.... (way BELOW specs.) with a consumption of 1qt of oil per 500
miles...... I believe Ca (in USA) is in your western country category, or
is it not?
