     Bryan/Anton,
     I'don't have a center muffler on my '83 and love the sound. It burbles 
     at idle and is no louder than the stock system on the move. I'm 
     actually looking forward to the center muffler on my '85 failing so I 
     have an excuse to insert a piece of pipe....
