I'd recommend living with the car the way it is until you fix the vacuum
leaks. I know it's a pain. I wouldn't mess with the CO until the vacuum
system is totally leak free. Once it is, you may not have to adjust the
CO much. If you adjust it now, it's going to be way off when you fix the
leaks.
If you want to do something tonight, cap off all the non-necessary vacuum
lines and see how the car runs. You can cap off the charcoal canister lines,
most of the lines coming off the fitting on the back of the intake manifold,
etc. Just be sure to leave the one that goes to the computer and the one that
goes to the warm-up regulator.
