Duty cycle is 69.90. This tells me the car is correcting a lean
condition. I also did a high/low on it and it peaked around at over 90.
After work I'll pull the anti-tampering plug and see if I can't bring
those numbers into spec.

What I think I'll do about the exhaust is simply replace the center
muffler with a pipe and a generic high flow muffler for the rear. This
way I can retain the oem pipes.
