RE: A good Rain Tire
Frank-
I had a set of P600s on a 240Z, and they are excellent tires. For year-round Denver driving, however (I don't switch to studded tires in the winter), I found the Yokos to be superior, especially in the snow and slush. I also believe the treadwear rating on the U + 4s is lower than that of the Pirellis. And, as we both know, driving style and tire maintenance has a lot to do with how many miles one gets from a set of rubber!
