There's your problem.   You must immediately remove any non-stock devices 
from the car, and return it to the dealer for a cleansing checkup.   This 
will assure that your car will run as the factory planned, and that your 
wallet will be empty.

If this option is unsatisfactory, then you need to fix your intercooler 
because that extra boost has blown the end caps off your intercooler.  
You need to recrimp the aluminum tabs, and then reinforce the intercooler 
with some very large gear clamps around the whole I'cooler.   That might 
work, for a while.   An intercooler upgrade is really the only way to 
solve the problem.
