I looked at that Bosch bypass valve at the Saab dealer last year.   It 
was awefully tiny.   I didn't think it would help enough to be worth the 
effort.   OTOH, a bypass valve from HKS, TRUST, or one of those other 
Japanese tuning firms is very serious.  Those things can flow some 
serious air!  They also suck some serous $$$ though  :-)
