rear fog lamp needed

The picture varies across Europe.  Audi only fit a single light because the 
rear fogs are as bright as the brake lights - if both fogs are lit when the 
driver brakes, the luminosity of the vehicle only doubles.  Oddly, this is not 
much for the human eye to notice.  Normal running lights are _much_ dimmer and 
the brake lights represent a luminosity increase of about sixteenfold - readily 
noticable to the eye.  Fitting just one allows the other side's brake light to 
function as intended.
 
In some countries rear fogs are illegal (Holland?).
