What is this take the fifth garbage.
You are only forced to do that when you are on the stand.
And I really don't recommend this.
as the defendant you can not be forced to testify and I don't see why
you'd want to do so.
Legally speaking no negative conclusions can be drawn from your choice not
to testify, so don't do it.
