And that's what I was talking about. The man told the cop he had driven his
car very fast. Was this a good idea? No. When he goes to court, the officer
will ask him if he had said this. Should he tell the judge, under oath,
that he had told the cop he drives *very* fast? I don't think so.
I am not a lawyer, I try to stay away from roadside (or Internet)
discussions about the Law, and I won't burden the list with any more of
this. Jstevens got stopped for speeding, and he admitted to doing something
he probably shouldn't have...bragging about how fast your car goes, to a
cop, is usually *not* a good idea.
Any Audi content here? Nope. End of discussion for me.
