Don't know about the rest of the U.S., but here in beautiful California,
drivers cannot be cited for moving violations unless that violation was
witnessed by a peace officer. :)
That's why photo radar is only allowed if an officer is present at the
scene operating the equipment.

Also, the officer in question has pulled me over before, and happens to
be a particularly nice CHiPee. Standard operating procedure when he stops
me, is him saying, "Please try and keep it under 90." Lastly, your honor,
I never said where I had driven that fast. On a public road, on a track,
in the state of Missouri?

It always confuses me why people are so intimidated by police officers, they
are no different than you and I. It always amuses me when a pack of traffic
refuses to pass a highway patrol car traveling the speed limit, when traffic
ahead of the officer is pulling away. Its a pain in the a** to get through
the pack of traffic, pass the officer and regroup with the traffic ahead.

Mandatory Audi Content: Just renewed the insurance on my 90q20v, and it
dropped $200 a year. By my next renewal it should be down to less than
$100 a month...yippeeeeee...Can't wait til I turn 25.
