I'm beginning to think that maybe I should skip Virginia City ($385?!) and
go to Brainerd instead as I'll have to drive right by Chanhassen on my way
from Arizona... ;^)

For purposes of comparison, I believe the local BMW CCA chapter was charging
$235 for the two-day track event at Firebird this past February ... ASRA, a
local racing organization, charges $65 for the street-car class at their
race events, which gets you two and sometimes three 20 to 30-minute sessions
on the track.

To be honest, I'm sure there are a number of us who are willing to offer our
expertise/experience to help the club ... in fact, I sort of figure I'm
doing that right now by bringing these issues up for discussion! :^)
