Seat memory broken

This one happened to me.  In my case, the plug under the driver's
seat that goes into the control box was loose, *almost* making
contact.  Removal, cleaning and replugging worked for me.  I'd
suggest checking wiring, grounds, etc. before getting too committed
to major surgery (those boxes = $$$$).
