RE: A4 build quality

hi,

i too, was a GTI owner. bought the 16V new in 88 and loved every minute
of it, except when it leaked and when the ignition system would get
fussy in dampness.

the A4q is really a great ship. it's a tank and really feels like
it is put together well. i've always said this would be the best
all-weather car, the one you'd reach for when the weather is nasty.
it's also the car you'd prefer to be driving if you unfortunately
had to be in a crash (knock wood!).

btw, the AWD spoils you and makes you fidgety in any other non-awd car.
