Here's my contribution having dealt with them a couple of times a few years
ago:

I also found them a bit chaotic, but far less chaotic than I expected.
Previous dealings with scrap yards involved thugs calling me "guv" who were
restraining a couple of hungary Alsatian dogs from eating me for breakfast!
They (the thugs, not the dogs) also tried to sell me second hand bits at the
same cost as new bits.

Sanburn on the other hand is quite pleasant, and the staff are fairly
knowledgeable - they knew a lot more than me about rear brake calipers, but
were not very sure about lights and grilles for an 80 quattro. I also
thought that their prices were very reasonable. They did me a good deal on
a rear calipers, elec window and door handle - GBP110.

The last time I tried to call in on them, they'd moved (I used to call in
when they were in the Napton industrial estate near Warwick - now they've
moved to Coventry).
