I hope you didn't get the low-end ones that Crutchfield had on sale a
few months ago.  They are better than the decade-old ITT originals, I
guess, but the treble is very harsh.

Suggestions on decent 3.5" speakers would be appreciated.

(I feel a bit guilty about buying cheap speakers but I've decided not
to obsess about audio yet -- just to upgrade to "non-objectionable"
quality, and with a CD head unit.  On the plus side my dash grilles
are already modified to take a non-integral speaker, so it's easy to
change.)
