various responses... I've missed a bunch of messages

Q-listers,
Please forgive me and my email server, it pukes now and again, I've just
scanned the archives to see what I've missed and I've responded to various
postings below...

   Re: '92 100S questions
I've not experienced any oil leaks, but then again, my car's just a baby
(ask Jim G.), also it's a 5spd
so I can't help with the AT fluid either. I had heard of bad head gaskets
with early V6's and it scares the bejesus out of me... my car was first
delivered on 4/30/92 so I would say it's an early V6 and I'm always
watching for ANY sign of a coolant/oil mix.

  Re: Q-list decals
Personally, I like the idea and would proudly show my Q-list decal. To
avoid the problem that Darin
mentioned concerning people balking at "sticking" something on the car,
what about a vinyl window
decal that is easy on and off? I was behind a Miata a couple of weeks ago
and saw THE coolest list decal just above the script "Miata" on the
tail... it used the same script as the factory badge, used a
clear background and simply stated "Miata.net". Maybe one of us could
contact a Miata.net member and find out how it was accomplished? I will
certainly volunteer, in fact, I'm on it.

 Re: Jim G's new borbet's:
	Oh, what's the word? Jealous?

 Re: Taconic sightings, etc:
Funny how you mention waving to other Audi owners; I just did this myself
over the weekend and you should have seen the look I got! I think I just
did it out of a habit that is reinforced on the motorcycle. Hey, Mr.
Royal, have you been out on the bike yet? Sooner, or later, I'm going to
wave to one of you, so when you see the Titanium gray 100cs with MA plates
go by with a smiling Irishman in it, it's me, and it's ok to wave back.

 Re: My upgraded ISV:
Phil, thanks for your posting (I pulled it off the archive), I will pull
the ISV and call a Bosch dealer with the part number. Jim G. could you
please email me privately, I'd like to take you up on your offer to
provide advice... I need to know where this ISV is hiding? Thanks.

We will now return you to your regularly scheduled programming in
progress...
