For the time being BMW have no plans for an engines in the 85-100 kW
range.
Having started in late november/early december of last year,the
introduction of the bmw 5 series is moving top-dowm.in other words,BMW
will for the time being offer the 5 series only with powerful and
expensive engine.and,at least at the begining,there will not be a diesel
in the range.Similarity,there are no plans for a four cylinder.BMW is
bound to force some prospects into open arms of other manufacturer and
their showrooms!!
