Turbo Outlet flange cast steel - Alloy=?

Scott/ Others,
I hope you turbo experts out there can tell me the alloy composition for the 
turbo outlet flange (includes oxygen sensor) and for the exhaust down pipe.
My weld has a full circumferential crack at the location of the original weld.
If I know the allow I can better choose the right rod.  I know some very good 
welders so if it can be welded it will be. If the material is cast iron , 
there is a place in Montreal I have heard good things about.

Of course if some one were to offer the new variable inlet? KKK turbo 
cheaply?? With a new outlet pipe. Hmmm.  But unfortunately it's out of the 
budget THIS year.
