Mass. "Q-POWER" plate Sighting

Saw what I would guess to be a 89 or 90 200tq with tags removed in the
parking lot of the Framingham 14 Cinima a couple weeks ago.  Looked pretty
nice, liked the greenish color.  Plates on the front said "Q-POWER" which
caught my attention.  Figured it might be a lister.  Funny how I ended up
almost exactly opposite the car.
Is this anyone on the list?  Anyone?
