It depends.  Original clutch and timing belt?  Not worth $11,000.  In good 
mechanical condition?  Worth a lot more.

Over here, you'd pay $16k for a car four years younger but with 30k more on the 
clock.

(I know.  I got my insurance valuation back on Tuesday.)
