Strange antilock-off behaviour

OK, it's been months (ok, weeks) since I had to fix something on
my '89 100Q, so it's decided to speak up.

For the last week, every time I start the car, within a few blocks
the "antilock off" light will light up. Cycling the engine power or
the rear diff lock will make it go out and stay out for the rest of
my trip, be it 5 minutes or 2 hours.

I assume it's temperature related since it only happens when I start
the car cold. If I park for 15 minutes then restart, it works fine.
