Depends on what you mean by accessible. Anything's accessible if you got
the time and the tools. This is about a two or three hour job if you've
done it before. Add a couple for the learning curve. Better have the
manual!

At the risk of sounding glib, yes. The fan comes out from under the hood,
but you gotta disconnect a lot of stuff inside the car to remove (at least
partway) the housing it's in.
