The oil temp sensor is located on the oil pump, front bottom of engine,
(right side). It also contains/incorporates the pressure relief valve, and
other small "flying" pieces... Look for the big (~ 1" )hex looking thingie.
For those with Mr Bentley available, look on page 17.4. The pressure relief
valve is replaced by a temp sender (gotta use your imagination at times w/Mr
Bentley; see vacuum pump on engine thread...). There should be a black wire
going to it which turns into a green/black by the time it gets to the temp
gauge.
