Audi changed the way they refer to boost pressure.  In early documentation, 
they use relative pressure - 0.4 bar is actually 1.4 bar absolute.
 
Later on they adopted absolute pressures.

You'll see both systems used interchangeably on the list, depending on
the age of the car and what the owner is used to using.
