turbo question

I seem to have a leek in the line that comes off the turbo. It's the one
that runs up and ties into the manifold and is pluged off. The leak is in
the fitting at the turbo, I assume there should be an expanding washer of
some type on the line that will create a seal when the nut is tightened
around the tubing. Mine has none, and air is wisping between the tubing and
the nut that goes around it.

My question is; Is there a washer of some type that should be in there?
can I go to the hardware and find it? What is this line for?

Thanks a mil

Jon

P.S. Wurth has a bunck of #'s for the USA, I love their products even
though they are a bit $$$. Their colors and textures match german cars
better that anything else. Learned this from years of Porsche ownership..:)

Order a PRODUCT catalog, I asked for just a catalog and they sent me some
goofy thing with pictures and stories about all the different things the
company does...
