Just venting about bolts (you may delete)

     Why is it that it is so hard to remove bolts from Audi cars?
     It seems like all the bolts in my car were installed by a 300 lb German
on a bad weekend whose sole purpose in life is to make sure that
all the bolts he installed on my car will be there till eternity.
I tried to install a racing harness on my car using the seatbelt mounts
and I ended up taking my car to a good friend, remove the front seat and
blow-torch
a bolt just to loosen it up. This is insane! 
      Now, everytime there is a part to be replaced in my car, we had to make
sure
we order the bolts first, worry about the replacement part later.
       Like I said, just venting, sorry about the wasted bandwidth.
