Sudden failure of drivers side power window.

a) 892 bytes of question - 6172 bytes of utterly pointless encrypted signature.
   Please remember that some of us pay by the byte.

b) If you can move the window by hand, the actuating cable has snapped.  This
   is a common failure mode on windows that are not periodically greased.
   I've never yet seen an effective cable repair, although you might like to
   try a motorbike dealer once you've removed the mechanism.
