4000S Cold Start Problem

Hi Everyone,

After sitting outside and starting fine all winter, my '86 4000S is now
having cold start problems.  This is with 60 degree weather.  It turns over
and catches, then dies.  After a could of times, it won't catch.  Any
ideas?  Cold Start Valve?  Thanks.
