The other end of the triple-square 8mm drive I use to remove CV joints is
13mm and fits the injector inserts perfectly ... all I do is slide a
ratcheting wrench over the end and zip-zip-zip them right out of the head.
Works great ... unless the tip of the air-shrouded injector falls off and
the inserts crumble.  BTDT...  :^(
