Bull's-eye on the Langline - that's exactly what it is.  Stock # is RBM1315.  
The problem is that there isn't sufficient clearance for a classic 
driver/ratchet combination.

In my case, the job's done for now.  But I had some of the seats out four 
times, and it was _damn_ tedious with a standard Allen key.
