I wound up using a cut-off piece of a Beargrip 13mm in a Langline wrench.
It's _very_ quick. The injector seat thread is very fine pitch - it takes a
good seven or eight turns to get the thing out. Very tedious with a standard
60 degree-at-a-time Allen key.

I assume a Langline wrench is some sort of ratcheting box-end wrench. But if
these aren't available then you need the "Skewdriver". It's a approx 70-80
degree device that converts rotation in one direction, like a screwdriver, to
rotation in the other direction, like a socket driver. It's not great for high
torque, but it can be fit to an electric screwdriver for rapid
installation/removal. It's great for removing some of the allen screws around
the dash or glove box, and almost unbeatable for getting the three allen screws
loose on the door handle. Magnetic heads, too; no dropped screws.
There are several sizes/types. They come with an assortment of bits (small
sockets, Torx heads, etc) but the Skil electric screwdriver bits are also
compatible. Available at your local Kmart/Walmart/etc.
